We wanted a spot to chill, eat something good & soak up a lil' nostalgia. So we opened one.
It turned into a downtown Fargo bar & hangout for friends, families & everyone in between. We've been through a lot of changes since June 8, 2015, including a move in 2023 to a space we built ourselves at 6 Broadway N. The good vibes stuck around, & so did the tasty food & dranks.
Comfort food should actually comfort you.
The kind of plate that tastes like being a kid, just a lil' better than you remember.
We take the stuff you grew up craving (crispy tendies / loaded mac n' cheese / pickle fries) & give it some love & a twist. Nothing fussy. Just food that makes you feel good.
& if you're trying to eat better, the hippie bowls keep the comfort that other healthy stuff usually leaves out.
Takeout shouldn't trash the planet.
No styrofoam, ever. Food goes out in paperboard boxes & paper bags, w/ eco-friendly cutlery.
Pounds should feel like hanging at a friend's place.
